Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Pickly app. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pickly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pickly for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Pickly offers optional paid features ("Pickly Pro") available as a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription:

• Lifetime: A one-time payment grants permanent access to Pro features.
• Monthly: Billed monthly. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
• We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

4. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased Pickly Pro, you can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore" option in the Paywall screen. This requires you to be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

5. User Content

Any lists, names, or custom content you create in Pickly is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We have no access to it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Decisions made using Pickly are for entertainment purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
