Pickly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Pickly app ("App").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Pickly is designed with privacy first. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Location data
• Device contacts or photos
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Any data you enter into the app (lists, names, questions)

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you create in Pickly — including custom lists, couple deck edits, and settings — is stored locally on your device only using Apple's standard storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

3. In-App Purchases

If you purchase Pickly Pro, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Third-Party Services

Pickly does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

Pickly does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
